Great quality peel, so I’m pleased with my purchase. However it is an additional gift to go with the Ooni oven purchased as a gift so I can make no comment yet as to how it performs. But I am confident it’s a great choice.

Fairly lightweight pizza tool and really easy putting the pizza into the oven and taking out again to rotate when cooking. A really nice accessory that came with the oven. Also quite fun when you have a group of people cooking at once!

Works a treat, easy to slide the pizza in to the over (with a bit of semolina flour) and to help turn and oft out the pizza.

A must have for the pizza oven, makes it easy to slide pizza on and off the hot plate. Make sure plenty of flour on it so the dough doesn’t get stuck. Semolina flour seems to work best.
