Works great, just needs a dusting of flour and you're good to go. Probably overpriced but it was all I could get at the time, was worth it for lack of stress though.

Top tier pizzas
I watched a tutorial about how to get the best launch from your pizza. It talked about peel temperatures etc. This Bamboo peel made all the difference to getting our pizzas easily into the oven. We used semolina on the board and then used the metal peel when removing our pizzas from our Ooni.

Lovely launching peel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new peel. It's a complete game changer on the launching front. Bit of semolina and the thinnest of tortillas slides off it, never mind pizzas. My only gripe is, it can easily burn, or at least my first one did, so you need to not touch the stone more than necessary. Still an amazing item though.
