Its ok but doesn't brown them enough for me and no idea why they all like this now and 30 minutes or so later might be just right. Husband says its ok. I get a better brown crispy toastie in the airfryer. I wished they had a setting for how well done you want them. I buy these and give them away due to my disappointments, but husband like this for his Kheema, curry, or bean toasties etc. They used to be awesome, browned well and quickly, also vey crispy too, but no more unless lavished with butter,

If you like large thick toasties that do not stick to the plates, this is the one for you. I like my toasties very brown and this will do the job in just 4 minutes. Easily cleaned with a kitchen paper after cooling off. Very happy with the purchase.

Having checked the instructions, they advise, after the pre-heat, carefully apply a thin coat of cooking oil to the non stick coated cooking plates. Rubbing it in carefully with a paper towel.

They are not removable and instead are screwed in. I dont think that counts as being easily removable for cleaning.
