This is a really useful charger because it can take two appliances at once with no loss of speed. It does, in fact, charge very quickly. My only quibble is that it sticks out from wall when plugged in, and then the cables stick out even further because the inlets are on the far end of the charger. Apart from that it does an excellent job for which it was designed.
