For the 3ft Small Christmas Tree - White, smaller baubles would work best to complement its compact size and delicate branches. Baubles around 3-5cm in diameter would be ideal to ensure they don't overwhelm the tree and fit nicely among the 121 tips.

FOR FIRE AND SAFETY RISKS, DO NOT, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, spray ANY xmas tree with ANYTHING, like the Argos reply above suggests, as this WILL make your Xmas tree FLAMMABLE, and at risk of catching fire! It WILL DAMAGE THE TREE and WILL AFFECT THE FIRE RETARDANT PRODUCTS already on the tree! ALSO YOU should NEVER use ANY cat deterant sprays OR homemade versions, INDOORS around ANY CAT, UNLESS YOU ARE TRYING TO MAKE YOUR CAT ILL AND RISK ITS HEALTH! Tiny tree, so put on a shelf, sil or table.
The reply above is OVER KILL and RISKY! This is a VERY SMALL tree, ONLY 3 foot tall, ie about 91cm from the bottom of the base to the top tip of the tree, so the branches cover ONLY approx 2 to 2.5 feet. TOO SMALL for a cat to climb! Most of the branches are made up of singular pieces of needled covered wire. Only the very lowest level have more than 1 piece per branch. It is suitable to place on top of a table or desk out of a cats reach, as it WEIGHS UNDER 500g so easy for a cat to knock over!
