About this product
The Argos Home Kent 2 Door 1 Drawer Wardrobe gives you classic storage that works for years, not just seasons. It's built from solid oak with oak veneer, a natural hardwood that stands up to daily use and develops character over time. Two doors open to reveal a full-width hanging rail that holds up to 30kg, so there's space for coats, dresses and suits without folding. A drawer underneath stores folded jumpers, accessories or smaller items you want close to hand. The rounded edges and antiqued handles add traditional detail that suits country or classic bedrooms.
The drawer glides on smooth wooden runners, so it opens quietly without sticking or rattling. Wall fixings are included to secure the wardrobe and prevent tipping, important for safety in homes with children. The oak veneer shows the wood's natural grain, giving each piece its own pattern. It's a substantial wardrobe that provides proper hanging and folding space without cramming everything in. Arrives flat-packed for self-assembly, two people recommended for easier handling.

Kent double wardrobes
Well made and packaged. Couple of small gaps where light showed through. Otherwise pleased with purchase.

Excellent customer service
I bought this a few weeks ago. It was easy to fit together, however on completion the front door was warped and would not close properly. I visited my local Argos store and the manager contacted the relevant department and within a few days I received a replacement front section. Customer service and support was excellent.

Lovely wardrobe, shame about the packaging!
The wardrobe is lovely and very well made, simple to put together, good value, - gave 4 stars though as the amount of polystyrene in the packaging is unacceptable and a very poor example environmentally. I'm keen to buy another but the packaging issue is putting me off ! Whats wrong with cardboard ?!

Lovely well made furniture.
I bought this for a late Christmas present for my son. He loves the Kent range of furniture and he has several items in his flat. It is excellent quality and well made and adds a bit of luxury to his bedroom. The only downside is I didn’t receive any nectar point on this item!

Great quality, built to last.
We bought this in August last year and are extremely pleased with it. I was very pleasantly surprised that the bottom section was already assembled and all that we had to do was assemble the top section and fix it onto of the drawer section. It is also very good quality.

We bought this a few weeks ago and it was fairly easy to put together, looks great and feels strong and stable. Very happy with this purchase.

Solid and long lasting .
Added these to existing items of the same range , mainly due to the quality . The initial items will be 6 years old this year and are still as good as the day they came . The wardrobes are the only pieces in this range that require minimal assembly . Extremely easy , although heavy. Provide decent storage . Had two issues , first was a pre drilled hole marginally out , but that's nit picking, the other issue was a black stain on one of the doors , not gigantic , but noticeable . This was resolved with Argos directly with no issues . Considering I now have 6 pieces of this furniture range , it was just bad luck . I'm quite certain it will all still be and look as good in another 6 years .

I bought this wardrobe to match other kent furniture i bought a few years again i must say it arrived on time I got a text 1 hour before off the delivery driver. The wardrobe come well packed and very easy to put together very pleased with it .

“ The Back Panel is Painted MDF and it is fixed to the wardrobe with 6 brackets. This is section 6 in the manual. ”
