I can confirm that there are pre drilled holes for the handles on the Habitat Kent 3+3 Drawer Chest - Oak 291/0837, however by changing anything on the original item may result in voiding your 12 month Guarantee.
I have added the below link to the assembly instructions showing how to attach the handles.
