The Argos Home Kent Bedside Table gives you three deep drawers to keep books, glasses and night-time essentials close but out of sight. It's solid oak, a hardwood that handles daily use and the occasional knock without losing its character. Three full drawers on wooden runners glide smoothly, so you can find what you need without waking anyone. The top surface holds a lamp, your phone, and a glass of water. Antique-style metal cup handles add a classic touch that works with traditional or country bedroom styles. Rounded edges soften the look and reduce sharp corners.
The drawers sit on wooden runners that move quietly and reliably through years of opening and closing. Each drawer provides ample depth for books, tablets, chargers and personal items. It arrives fully assembled, so you can position it and start using it straight away. Wall fixings are included to secure it safely in homes with children. I already had several Argos Home Kent pieces and was impressed by the sturdiness and overall quality of them for not a lot of money. This item is no different, it arrived very well packaged and the only "assembly" needed was to take a screwdriver and switch the handles from the inside of the drawers to the outside, which is a doddle (they're inside to protect them during transit). The drawers are usefully sized for what is, after all, just a bedside cabinet. Yet again, I'm well pleased with this range of furniture.

Neat side table
