21mm Gas regulator.
The regulator was the correct size 21mm for the 15kg bottle. ARGOS product data did not display this important information. I had to look it up in the reviews.

Ok 21mm regulator
I tried to change our BBQ cylinder from one Flogas to another (I'd already bought the new one). Flogas had changed the valve type so our old regulator wouldn't fit (they moved from 20mm to 21mm - so helpful :-( ). The description for this on the Argos site is poor (you need to delve into answered questions to find the size). The regulator itself is ok. It seems cheaply made compared to other regulators I have. It doesn't feel quite as good to use when attaching/detaching and when using b the valve. But it did the job and we once again "cooking on gas".

Smashing!! I bought this to replace the broken regulator from last year. I needed one asap as I had the in-laws round for a bbq and I’m not in their good books! Argos came up trumps and this fitted a treat. BBQ went well and in-laws left after sinking all my food and alcohol.

Very pleased as it was a last minute purchase and stores that sell them had none. I didn't think Argos sold this type of thing but I was so wrong and really pleased that they were in stock in Darnley Sainsbury's which is close to me.

The Argos Home 28–30 mbar Butane Gas Regulator will only fit your Energas 13 kg bottle if the cylinder has a 21 mm clip on valve.
If your Energas bottle uses a 20 mm valve, it will NOT fit.

No the Argos Home 28-30 Mbar Butane Gas Regulator will not fit the CV470 Gas Cartridge. Our CV cartridges can only be used with campingaz stoves.

This is to use with a 5 - 15kg gas bottle with a maximum 31.5cm diameter and height 58cm.

Type 634 - at least the two I have - are 20mm. They dont give the crucial dimension in the description - even after being asked and answering that this one is 21mm. Our old blue Flogas bottle was type 634 or 20mm. Our newer yellow bottle is 21mm. But I haventbought and tried this Argos item to know whether its correct yet. Hey Argos! Maybe update product descriptiona so you dont keep getting asked the same questiona? Just a thought. And while youre at it, stop blocking basic punctuation symbols.
