Well made and good quality.
I already have one of these toilet seats in grey so I thought I'd get a white one, the soft close is fantastic as is the quality and so easy to take off for a thorough clean. I've had much more expensive toilet seats than this but this is the best I've had which is why I bought a second one.

Best toilet seat ever
Bought this after breaking the old one (while cleaning toilet - not with my backside) Previously have struggled to get a toilet seat that sat properly on the pan - they always seem to want to slip to be side!? This one doesn’t Its difficult to get too excited about a toilet seat but genuinely over the moon with this one and it was a very reasonable price too - since when did toilet seats cost upwards of £70??

The instructions that come with the toilet seat are not great, they need more detail and a better diagram. This worked for me after a few attempts- there are two small sliding buttons on the back edge of the toilet seat, push these to the open position and push the hinge plate away from you at the same time, towards the lid side. The hinge plate should then hopefully slide off. Hopefully this works!

The supplier has advised the following for the Anti Bac Toilet Seat - White. There are no video instructions on our site. However, the process is as follows:
When you look at the seat from the top, there is a sort of rectangular flap at the back of it, the bottom part that attaches to the top of the toilet. The screw holes are not visible as they're underneath on a flat removable section that you slide out to access them.
Before you do this, place the seat as it is on the toilet and line it up with where you want to position it. Then mark a line along the back edge of this flap for reference. After removal of this section, place it on the toilet and line its back edge up with the line you'd already marked on the toilet.
This flat bit/block has two roughly square slots. They're this wide so as to allow for any difference in the spacing of the two screw holes as there's not a standard spacing for them across all brands and models of toilet.
Onto this, you place the screws that you've already threaded to a long block. When you put this on the square slots, it's probably be slightly towards the middle or the outside so as to accommodate this spacing.
You then tighten the screws up. Then you slide the seat back onto this flat block. With the lid up, you'll see that there's two little "buttons" that you flick across and this locks the seat on so it doesn't just slide off.

Toilet seat purchased does not fit a pan with 160mm between holes. You will need a pan with holes no more than 140mm between to use this seat. There is no information on either website description or box and packaging that gives dimensions of fitting. The only option therefore is to open the plastic and measure. This invalidates Argos return policy and a return was refused even with credit note. This is at least unfair and possibly against trading standards regulation.
