Very disappointing. The leads do not fit the bath taps despite matching one of the pictures on the set. I then tried to return the item and the attendant wouldn’t take it back so I’m now stuck with it!

Hello there. The Croydex Bath Shower Set will require two taps otherwise the water would escape via the one pipe that is not linked to an tap and may alter the flow of the water.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Croydex Bath Shower Set:
There isn’t a straightforward question to answer. The hole diameter is 7mm. However, that doesn’t mean that it will only fit on a 7mm tap. It is made of rubber which is obviously extendable and stretchy when manipulated and heated up.

Regarding the Croydex Bath Shower Set. It depends on the tap as this is a tight fit. Most taps with a circular or ovalised cross section are compatible. Where as most taps with a non-circular or non-ovalised cross section are not compatible.
