Duvets do not fall under the UK fire & furniture regulations, therefore the fibre used in duvets does not require any FR chemical treatment and the product does not come under routine flame retardant/resistant testing. The filling in the duvet will still pass FR testing, but there is no legal requirement for this product to be fireproof.

The Dreamwell Non Allergic 4.5 Tog Duvet - Kingsize is suitable for washing in a standard size washing machine therefore should easily fit in your 9kg washing machine.

I use a 4.5 tog all year round because, I am going through the menopause so it really does keep you cool in summer and cooler in the winter. I buying another one for when I am at my mothers

They are made from Nonwoven Polypropylene which does look similar to tea bag material.
Please look at other ranges which use Microfibre Polyester this is a woven softer fabric.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Dreamwell Non Allergic 4.5 Tog Duvet - Double: This has a polypropylene cover so cannot be tumble dried.
