Life saver!!
I bought this a couple weeks ago and im in love with it!! It has fantastic suction (I have 2 cats) covers the whole of down stairs with battery left in him (286 square feet) the mopping is great and the capacity and filtration is fantastic and has loads of space! Not emptying his home all the time i do it once a week but its not full even then, I use him everyday even twice a day due to having children, hes not noisey either. Wish I bought this ages ago would of saved my back a lot of pain as im disabled so now I just do 1 big clean with my main hoover once a week :)

Good robot vacuum
The matrix 2 in 1 robot is great the only things I am disappointed about is that I thought it self emptied the water tank which is my own fault for not checking and that when I send it to do a mop and vacuum it did get a bit confused where it ps docking station was but all side from that it is a great vacuum and highly recommend

Great for wooden floors
It’s really good for wooden floors mostly for the mopping feature. I find that if you have a pet the vacuum does clogs up. The mopping feature is by far the main reason for this model however the tank could be bigger as it requires nightly refills.

I was a bit sceptical about this purchase but it's actually a really good hoover and the mopping feature is such a good bonus. It does a really good job and saves me a lot of time!

Not suitable for pet hair
I’ve had this vacuum less than a year, and it doesn’t Vacuum pet hair very well at all. I’ve cleaned the filters and tried to ensure everything is working correctly, but the robot keeps “spitting out” pet hair rather than vacuuming. I come home and there’s clumps of pet hair every where so I have to use a standard vacuum to clean up after it. It also misses bits regularly and the app is shocking to use. Considering I’ve had this product less than a year, it is not good value for money so I would suggest looking at other alternatives. Waste of money.

The laser and the sensors of this robot are not designed for detecting animal residue. We recommend cleaning any animal residue before sending the robot vacuum on a cleaning session.
If you have floors only, then the unit can perform both at the same time, if there is a mix of hard floor and carpets, the two functions can not be done at the same time.
