Does a good job
Very good iron. Just a tad heavy and where the cable goes into the actual iron is a bit cumbersome. Having said that it does do a good job.

OK iron, but there are better models out there.
Does a good job of ironing out the creases, generates plenty of steam, and the indents in the baseplate are great for ironing around shirt buttons. However, it's well behind the competition in terms of how smoothly it glides across clothes and it also has a tendency to drip. Preferred our previous Philips Azur.

Efficient iron
Bought to replace a steam generator iron and I am very pleased with my new iron. It is quick to heat up and the steam output is generous. Although ironing is not my favourite household task this made it a quick and easy chore . I recommend this iron for both dry and steam ironing.

The manual does advise if you live in a hard water area, you should use distilled water (not chemically descaled or softened water).
Be advised that if you buy distilled water, check that it’s marketed as suitable for use in irons.

There is no proper place to store the cord around the iron. If you wrap it around the iron it is not very neat and tidy.

It just wraps around the iron there is no additional way to store the cord any other way.
