Noisy steam function
Very noisy and spluttering steam function. The iron itself is quite heavy. It's difficult to push the iron forward because of the unusual shaped tip design so I end up ironing by pulling it back over material. I will be changing back to a traditional designed iron when I can.

Heavy and bulky

Iron lasted exactly 4 months then stopped steaming. And because I couldn't find my receipt, Argos REFUSED to help me find my order without an order number, so I had to throw the iron away!! Argos's service is not acceptable. Yes, I should have filed my receipt away, but did not seriously think, such a good make of iron would stop working! I would like to see if Argos will actually bother to contact me?????

The manual does advise if you live in a hard water area, you should use distilled water (not chemically descaled or softened water).
Be advised that if you buy distilled water, check that it’s marketed as suitable for use in irons.

There is no proper place to store the cord around the iron. If you wrap it around the iron it is not very neat and tidy.
