I have returned this! Very unimpressed, not much steam and the area that the steam came out of was very small in comparison to the base plate. The whole unit is heavy and cumbersome to use. The handheld unit would not come out of the main unit, it was stuck inside

Does w Hat it’s says…although when using the hand held element to the steamer is quite heavy and cumbersome. Nevertheless good product and helped when cleaning the oven.

Had this about 6 or 7 weeks now , it does a good job but it is quite awkward to move with ease and the handle is not very strong as with pressure applied it feels like it may snap .
