A bonus feature is that it works on both hands!!!
A neat little gadget to strengthen my grip, folds up very neatly to fit in my pocket, although it is rather noisy in use.

Good to have 3 strengths
First one was faulty. Argos issued a replacement which is working fine at the moment. Good to have 3 strengths but not much. Using for rehab following broken wrist.

Ok bit of kit
Bit of kit works fine but instructions are lacking. E.g what is the blue button for and how do you unlock the mechanism when you have finished exercising?

Does the job well ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very Study little hand gripper, 3 levels of resistance. I purchased it as I broke my wrist badly and affected my grip strength. This has helped my hand and forearm alot. Would recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great wrist strengthener
For a fiver, this is a brilliant piece of equipment! I’ve been struggling with my wrists and very reluctant to go to docs and have them waste dwindling NHS funds on treatment or meds Trying to strengthen my wrists and this is working an absolute treat. I have a physical job and need to stay resilient and strong. Will keep using this until I need something more

The blue push button is there to strengthen your wrist muscle. If you push it with your thumb and look at your wrist at the same time, you will see your wrist muscle contract while you push the blue button with your thumb. That is what the blue button is there for.
Push it 10-20 times in a session to strengthen your wrist muscle well.
If you push the blue button with your thumb it works on your wrist muscles. Press the blue button with your thumb and look at your wrist at the same time and you will see the muscle by your wrist contracting while you press the blue button with your thumb. That is what the blue button is there for.
Try to do 20 button presses with your thumb, to strengthen your wrist muscles well.
