A super hand grip for the price.
Not used this much yet hence the 4 stars but it seems perfect for what we need. Has varying levels of difficulty which are easily set, and suits us as we have already different grip strengths. Small and neat, it won't take up much space and can be left out - to remind us to use it!

Don’t buy this product stick to one that adjusts
I brought this to replace my old one it’s useless i can only use it on the lowest setting because as you adjust the settings it gets to wide for my hands and i have large hands, so i don’t recommend it

Worth it
I bought this to begin building back grip strength while recovering from bicep surgery and it’s definitely helped a lot and quickly, I used it at home, took it to work, took it to gym. Very light and travel convenient.

Effective grip strengthener
I have nerve damage from a compressed ulnar nerve and have used this to build strength in my fingers (I am a guitarist). It's adjustable, but watch out when doing this, as I broke two fingernails doing it.

Good and reliable adjustable hand grip.
I've had this for item for a couple of weeks and have no complaints. It works well and is helping build back strength in my right arm after an injury. To adjust the pressure levels: firmly but gently, pull apart the the grips to release the spring (it feels counterintuitive at first).
