About this product
The Habitat Atlas 4 Drawer Chest keeps your bedroom tidy and organised, even when you've got chunky knits and bulky items to stash away. There are four deep drawers that'll swallow up clothes and clutter without a fuss, and the bottom one's extra deep for thicker sweatshirts or bedding. The oak-effect finish gives it a warm, natural look that works with most bedroom styles. Long chrome-style handles run the full width of each drawer, so they're easy to grip and open. Metal runners glide smoothly and close quietly, no slamming or rattling when you're getting ready early or late.
It's made here in the UK with a sturdy build that stands up to daily use. Wall fixings are included, and you'll want to use them because this chest is over 60cm high, that's really important for keeping it stable and preventing tipping. The drawers are roomy inside, plenty of space for folded clothes, accessories or bits you want out of sight. Self-assembly with two people recommended, all the fixings and things you need are provided. Comes with a one-year manufacturer's guarantee.

Once all together the piece looks great, but putting it together can be slightly difficult as some screws have to be forced in as there is no pre-drilled hole for them to go into and just takes brute force.

This is the second Atlas 4 drawer chest in oak that I've now bought. Very easy to put together and looks great with the matching Atlas cupboard's I have.

Good chest of drawers
Purchased a month ago. Easy to build and look good. Only negative is that there are some marks and small areas of poor quality. This appears to have happened during manufacture. Fortunately, this is not obvious once built.

Not good quality
This arrived this week, disappointed with the quality, I bought Hibitat thinking it would be good quality. There are knocks in the top of the draws. And one draw catches. Tried to do an online chat the day it arrived, it was very annoying and nothing was resolved. Trying to find a phone number was impossible.

The distance from the floor to the bottom of the drawer front is 20mm. Within the Atlas range there is a chest designed specifically to fit inside the wardrobe, may be worth considering? link below.
