Induction cooker
I had the previous model with touch controls which I preferred to large knobs on this one but as cooker it’s great induction hob works well and the main oven is large enough for a big Turkey and overall easy to operate

Super cooker!
Very happy with my purchase - all the functions are great. A very good looking cooker and easy to clean. The only thing I'd change, is the position of the timer, as it gets messy easily when cooking and is a little bit fiddly to clean. Everything else is wonderful! I purchase a silicone cover to protect the top, which is definitely worth it.

To switch off the cooling fan on the AEG CIB6743MCB cooker, it's important to know that the fan is automatic and typically cannot be manually turned off while the appliance is still hot. Here's how it works:
🔧 Cooling Fan Behavior
The cooling fan activates automatically during and after cooking to cool down internal components.
It continues running even after the oven is turned off, until the appliance has cooled sufficiently.
This is a safety feature and helps prolong the life of the cooker.
🛑 Manual Control?
There is no manual switch to turn off the cooling fan early. However, if the fan seems to run excessively or doesn’t turn off after a long time:
Check if the oven is fully off – ensure all knobs are in the “off” position.
Allow time for cooling – the fan may run for up to 30 minutes or more depending on how hot the oven was.
Reset the appliance – unplug it or switch it off at the mains for a few minutes, then turn it back on.
If the fan still doesn’t stop after cooling, it could be a faulty thermostat or control board, and you may need to contact AEG support or a technician.
