Great little toaster.
I hadn't realised how slow my old toaster was until I got this one. I only have one problem with it and that is the toast is still soft on the inside, although I have figured out how to rectify it. I love it and it looks lovely.

It’s fine!
The toaster is fine and makes toast in an expected way. The quality of the product is disappointing and more plastic and clunky than expected for Russell Hobbs. I would have hoped for better quality.

Somewhat disappointed
Bought this to match a new kettle, replacing a fully functional older Russell Hobbs red toaster. Unfortunately, this one has much smaller slots that can barely fit a regular slice of bread. Toasting is also uneven with the inner sides toasting more than the outer. Shame as it looks great and has nice features.

I purchased this new toaster to replace a well used old one no longer performing at its best. Unfortunately this new toaster is no better and each face of a slice is unevenly toasted being dark one end and light at the other end.
