The Bose Smart Soundbar delivers immersive Dolby Atmos sound without extra speakers or a subwoofer. Compact for its performance, this all-in-one soundbar uses upward-firing transducers and Bose's TrueSpace technology to place dialogue, instruments and effects around the room, making films and music feel bigger than the bar. When dialogue gets lost in action scenes, AI Dialogue Mode balances voices against surround sound for crisp clarity, so you catch every word without reaching for the remote.
It's multi-room compatible and streams music wirelessly over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, with voice control built in for hands-free operation. Setup's straightforward with HDMI and optical connections - both cables are included - plus there's a USB port if you need it. The soundbar wall-mounts if you'd rather keep your TV stand clear, though fixings aren't included. You get the remote with battery, all cables, a quick start guide, and a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee in the box.

A step up from the SoundTouch range.
Bought this to replace a Bose SoundTouch sound bar which is about to not longer be supported. Was slightly concerned about the comments online that the depth of sound was not as good. However, I have to say now that it is fully set up, with the levels adjusted, and the AI voice taken off it is far superior. Despite this being a smaller soundbar it gives bass and treble at good levels. The previous bar also failed to connect to my Bass Module 500 for the last 18 months. Now it is fully back up and running and I remember what it felt like to have the bass beating across the floor of my lounge! Absolutely love it.

Very difficult to set up initially. Eventually done on the phone with the help desk. Two days later it's now not recognised.

I bought this item a month ago.sound bar and base module which was on offer . Bose is extremely. A very good brand and Sound quality is amazing I was expecting it to be better but never mind for the money is it is very good value. The only thing I was disappointed was The base module. It looked a bit cheap plastic not like the other models which have a glass on top and also it was small. I would’ve gave it all five stars on my review.if base module was slightly bigger and had a glass top I can’t compare the sound quality on the base module as I’ve not use any other base models

I bought the Bose Smart Soundbar 300 to replace my Bose Solo 5. I enjoyed the Solo 5 but the sound from this blows it out of the water, especially when watching films with Dolby Atmos. I've only had it a couple of weeks but very impressed so far. I've seen some reviews complaining about having to use the Bose Music App and having problems, but so far I've not encountered any. I used the highest speed HDMI cable to connect the soubdbar to my TV using eArc and it was easy to set up. All in all I'm very pleased with this soundbar.

Yes, simply connect the soundbar to the mains socket and then connect to your TV, PC etc. with the HDMI cable. Full instructions are provided in the manual.
