Great machine
I bought it 6 months ago and use it one or twice a week. Very happy with it. Great consistency and adjustable crust works perfectly. I have tried different flours with good results. No problem to recommend this machine.

Fantastic little bread maker
Great little product and very light to handle and move around the kitchen. Makes lovely fresh bread suitable for one or two persons. Made white and brown loaves on long time settings so far with perfect results every time. White loaves are very light in texture. I think this brand is better than other brands in this price band from previous experience. Take care when measuring ingredients best to use digital scales.

Great for making basic bread
I am so happy with this purchase. I have only tried the basic loaf, but every time it's turned out delicious. The darker crust gives the bread a really nice texture. I can't wait to try some of the other recipes too. The machine is small, so can be stored very easily and doesn't take up much space in the kitchen.

Lovely compact breadmaker
Have made several successful loaves. Make sure your ingredients are exactly to the recipe. Deviate and you'll be in trouble. Makes a lovely tasty little loaf and just enough for a couple of days if you cut thinly. Only downside, all the recipes are not in the manual. You have to find them on the panasonic website.

the time delay function is great for that fresh up
this is a smaller bread maker, perfect for couples and individuals . It makes approximately a 500gm loaf

Reliable machine, minimal info in user manual
Generally happy with this. Loaf tin is small as expected and you can only use half of a 500g packet of bread mix at a time. But this was expected and is ideal for 1 - 2 people. The results are very good for the mixes we have used so far: white & seeded. The not so good points that are liveable with (so not showstoppers) are: users interface is minimal - few buttons and a reliance on menus via the LCD screen. This is ok though if you are just doing basic bread. However, that programme has a mysteriously long time of 4 hours (an hour longer than some competitor brands) with a long "rest" time. So don't be surprised that nothing seems to happen for the first 40 minutes. The manual is minimal and if you want to know what each programme consists of (e.g. times for resting, kneading, baking) - well tough! However the LCD screen does show what the machine is doing at the time.

Non, je ne regrette rien!
Well I've come full circle! Had a bread maker about 20 odd years ago used half a dozen times but never really satisfied with the bread it produced. It ended up in a skip! Having watched a Youtube video about how much in the way of additives get chucked into supermarket bread, I thought perhaps I would re-visit the bread making scene. I tried about 4 different recipes of literally hand made bread.... all terrible! Read some Which? reviews and opted for the Panasonic SD-PN100 as a result of a) the review itself, b) the compactness of the machine and c) Panasonic have been making machines forever so they must know what they are doing. Best decision ever!! Perfect results every time. Slowly working through the different recipes soon be at No7. "French" hence my title of this review!
