Customers Say
Compact Panasonic breadmaker ideal for 1-2 people, produces consistently good small loaves with nice crust. Easy to use and clean, but limited recipes and noisy during kneading. Customer service and manual support are lacking.

Wish I gad a bigger one.
I bought this, but now I'd wish I bought a bigger one. By the time I made toast and a sandwich the liaf is used. So I find myself baking bread every day. Which isn't a bad thing, just take up time.

East to use!
I made my first loaf and really pleased with the taste and quality of it. I followed one of the recipes in the instructions and it was so easy.

Great Product! Poor Customer Service Team!!
I really like Panasonic breadmakers and have used them for nearly two decades. The quality of the bread is always consistent and has a perfect texture, this model is no exception. The smaller loaf size was what I liked about this new model and prompted me to buy it, as I don’t use the standard size loaf before it starts drying out, since fresh bread doesn’t last as long. The machine is really the quality and reliability you expect from Panasonic breadmakers, with a good range of menu options.and consistent results. Now why 3 stars? I cannot fault the machine for performance or Argos for their service and delivery updates, to keep you in the loop of when it will be arriving, however… I was very disappointed with Panasonic’s customer service on this machine! There are two version of the owners manual for this model and the printed one you receive is just the basic one, the second version with the recipes and menu timetable is found through the Panasonic website, you have to download it and print it yourself, it you want it on paper! I wanted a printed copy, as I was not going to print out a manual for a product I have just purchased! I contacted Panasonic requesting a printed copy of the manual and they asked me “why can’t you use the digital version” I told them I do not want to use my electronics in the kitchen and I don’t want to have to print the manual myself, as I have just bought the product! They basically told me it wasn’t a good enough reason and they can’t send me a printed copy! Terrible customer service! I can understand if they want to cut down on paper usage for “economic reasons” and not provide it with the product but to not provide it on request by the customer is just not acceptable! The product itself is excellent but let down by poor customer service and obviously puts capital outlay before customer satisfaction. There is a lack of recipes for this machine too, which I think Panasonic needs to address, especially since it is so different to any of their other models! It would also benefit from a fruit/nut dispenser and a yeast dispenser, seen on their other models, as it makes using the timer impossible for breads with add ins. Overall, in conclusion, it’s a great machine, by a good company, let down by Panasonic’s poor customer service department. I would recommend the product but be prepared to have poor after sales support and having to look online for the rest of your instructions and recipes! Thank you, Argos, for your service, which was wonderful as Always.

Great little bread maker
Found this to be a great bread maker. Smaller loaves so less waste and more fresh bread. Easy to use and clean. Small size means it doesn't take up as much room as well.

Great results, and no waste
Great little bread maker. We use Spelt flour which works excellently on number 5 (small loaf, fast setting). No more wasted stale bread, although the birds are missing out! Good texture and even bake. Lovely crust.

Good bread
So far the loaves I have made have been successful, I am pleased with the ease of use and the quality of the bread. The instructions are clear, although rather limited in the book, I think the website might have more ideas. I would say that this is louder than bread machines I have had before.

Great compact breadmaker!
I’ve been using this for a month now. It’s quick and easy to use and makes a perfect small loaf which is enough for us to eat before but goes stale so minimises waste. The delay function works really well and it takes up minimal room on the worktop. I’d 100% recommend this.

Brilliant!
Really lovely bread and so easy to use. Takes five minutes to put ingredients in and produces a lovely crust loaf. A little noisy when kneading but that doesn't take long so overall very pleased.

A great purchase
I was fed up with reading all of the ingredients in a store bought loaf of bread, Had been thinking about a breadmaker for a while so when I saw this mini version I decided to buy it and am so pleased I did. My daughter in law (who has the standard sized Panasonic breadmaker) talked me through it and I couldn't be happier with the results. It's the first time I have had a breadmaker. I have a very small kitchen but this little machine fits in beautifully. It certainly won't be going into the back of a cupboard!

Perfect bread every time.
Had the mini bread maker 3 weeks now. Besides the obvious kettle, toaster and oven, it's the main appliance used. We love the smell of freshly baked bread every morning. Even use it throughout the day for family. Adding ingredients takes minutes but it takes 4 hours to complete. We haven't bought any bread since using the machine. To be honest, after having fresh bread with no preservatives and emulsifiers, no way could we go back to shop bought bread. We have only used the basic bread recipe so far but would highly recommend it just for that even though it has 18 auto programmes. With it being compact, It's perfect for 2/3 people.
