Definitely didn’t worth the price . It is unstable on the floor and move when boxing . Have to put lot of water and sand to make it heavier and to stay on the floor as much as possible

very happy. fill,ed with sand (took 40 mins). great for cardio workout and can take a good hit. full power would move it a bit. but if you want cardio rather than max power.its great.

Purchased for usage when not training in the gym and found the bag to be disappointing. Despite having 60kg of sand, my punches would almost knock the bag over. Therefore I never attempted to throw roundhouse kicks as it would have probably toppled over.
The base had a very small hole for adding water/sand, which was very troublesome and took me at least an hour to fill. Thankfully I went out and purchased a funnel to make the job a bit easier.
This bag would be okay for teenagers but anyone with real strength and power, would require a bag that comes with a much heavier base.

The punchbag is pure rubbish filled to the top with sand and it rolls around put down a rubber mat and it still moves around the floor a complete waste of money base just far too small really disappointed would give it back if I could .
