The Pioneer DJ DM-40D-BT brings studio-style monitoring and wireless flexibility to your desk, whether you're producing tracks, gaming or just want your music to sound properly detailed. These Bluetooth speakers pack a surprising amount of clarity into a compact setup - each one has a mica-reinforced woofer and a convex diffuser that spreads high frequencies wide, so you get a decent stereo image wherever you're sitting. At 19W total, they're designed for desktop use rather than filling a whole room, but the Class D amplifier keeps everything balanced from 70Hz right up to 30000Hz.
The grooved bass reflex ducts let you push them against a wall without losing punch, and the curved front edges reduce cabinet resonance, keeping vocals clean even when turned up. Connect via Bluetooth for wireless streaming from your phone or laptop, or use the 3.5mm AUX input for a wired connection to your iPad, turntable or mixer. The speakers are compact enough to fit neatly either side of a monitor without taking over your workspace, and they're mains operated with no battery fuss. Speakers are great however it should be stated that you need a continental plug adapter. If you make a purchase in the uk it should come with a UK plug.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Pioneer DJ DM-40D-BT Bluetooth Speakers.
Yes, but only using a wired connection (RCA or 3.5mm).
The Pioneer X‑HM82D has Bluetooth input only, meaning it can receive audio from phones/tablets, it cannot send audio out to Bluetooth speakers.
These Pioneer DJ DM‑40D‑BT speakers include Bluetooth, but this is also only for receiving audio (they are not Bluetooth transmitters).
So both devices are Bluetooth receivers, which means they cannot pair with each other.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Pioneer DJ DM-40D-BT Bluetooth Speakers.
Yes, the DM-40D-BT speakers work as an active, passive pair and they must be linked together with the supplied speaker wire.
The left speaker contains the amplifier, inputs and Bluetooth receiver, the right speaker is passive.
You connect your audio source to the left speaker via Bluetooth, RCA or 3,5 mm, then connect left to right using the included two-core speaker cord that fits into the red and black spring terminals.
Only the left speaker connects to mains power.
What is in the box, power cord, speaker cord, 3,5 mm to RCA audio cable, bottom cushions and quick start guide.
Important notes, the speakers do not form a completely wireless stereo pair, Bluetooth is only for the source to the left speaker, the link between speakers remains wired.

On checking I can see you can not connect Bluetooth headphones to these speakers. You can connect your headphones via the socket on the front panel.

The specifications are Bluetooth Ver. 5.2 Class 2.
However, we are unable to provide an accurate response because Bluetooth products can have unstable communication due to the following factors, etc.
・When there is radio wave interference from devices such as microwave ovens
・When the radio wave path is blocked by surrounding metal, moisture, human bodies, or obstacles
In this case, the music is being played in the next room, so it is possible that it will be affected by the thickness of the walls or the furniture.

No, they dont .
I bought a set and they came with a 2 pin plug, which is really unhelpful as Ive now had to buy a new power cable to be able to use the speakers.

I can confirm that the Pioneer DJ DM-40D-BT Bluetooth Speakers connect using bluetooth or the 3.5mm jack connection. As the turntable uses a USB port, you can use an AUX-USB adapter.
