The instax SQUARE Link Smartphone Printer is designed for people who want to turn their phone photos into physical square-format prints they can hold, share and decorate with augmented reality effects. You get prints that come to life through the SQUARE Link app, where QR codes unlock special effects and animations when you scan them with your smartphone. The printer enables sending personalised images to friends and family anywhere in the world via the INSTAX Connect feature, so they can print your decorated photos directly from their own printer.
It prints at 12 prints per minute with 800x600dpi resolution in colour and black and white, and the glossy finish gives your photos that instant camera look. The rechargeable battery means you can print anywhere without hunting for a power socket, and Bluetooth connectivity makes printing from your phone simple and cable-free. It's compact enough to take to parties or keep on your desk, and the SQUARE Link app lets you add stickers, filters, sketches and text before printing. Software is included to get you started straight away.

BUY THIS INSTEAD OF THE CAMERAS
LOVE IT. I print out pictures from my fuji camera and the quality is sooooo good. I have tried the actual instax cameras themselves but obviously the quality is not that great. Whilst I use this casually, I also like that if I want something more professional then this is much better. Especially since I plan on scanning my instax!

Compact and Easy to Use
Purchased for my kids to print out photos for scrapbookong when on holiday. You need an app to use it and it connects via bluetooth, but its quite simple to use. You dont need to buy extra ink (unlike some of the other similar printers from other conpanies). Prints out like a polaroid. Great quality. Good size for an A5 scrapbook. Of note the printer itself is robust (though I am worried the on/off switch is a bit too easy to accidentally press because its so big), and I was able to carry it in my hand luggage with no issues through an airport. The only drawback is the cost of the photo paper.

I love my instant film, and I also own an Instax Mini EVO which is a camera/printer. I bought the Square Link, as I really love the square format of the film. It is brilliant! Honestly, you can collect your memories on film, and share them just as easily, and nothing is better than watching the film develop in front of your eyes!

Operating System: Your Apple device must be running iOS 14.0 or later or iPadOS 14.0 or later.
Connectivity: Connection is made wirelessly via Bluetooth 4.2 (BLE).
App Usage: The printer requires the companion app for all operations; it cannot connect via Bluetooth alone without the app.
