No they come as a set. But I’ve got to say they are probably the best salt and pepper mills I’ve ever had and would recommend.

Thanks for your query about the Salt And Pepper Mill - Orange.
What you do is unscrew the little metal nut on the top of the mill. Once removed, you can lift off the bulbous top section of the mill and you can then fill it from there. It’s the same process in reverse of course to put it all back together again.
