Press and hold both buttons. The 1224 option will flash. Press and hold BOTH buttons again. This will take you to the hour. Either of the side buttons will change the number. It will only go up. Continue to press and hold both buttons to work through all the options until it stops flashing and you are back to the start.
I tried to change the time more than 30 minutes. Press both buttons at once. It will appear 12 or 24 hours. Choose one and then press them both again. You can change the time, but take care, you cant go down, you will need to press again until the correct number appears .

"To set the time on this watch please press the D key once to enter the normal time display mode then press the C key once to enter the time adjustment state. At the same time, the hour flashes. Then press the c key and the order is hour, minute, month, day, year, 12/24-hour system, flashing and then press the d key to set: hour, minute, month, day, year, 12/24-hour system."

To set the time please go into the settings>time set>to change the hour you need to press either the number above the highlighted hour number or the below and depending on which one you tap the hour time will increase or decrease to change the minutes you will then need to press the minutes the same as the hour and each press will increase or decrease the time, once the time is set select the tick at the bottom and this will save the time.
