To secure this product to grass, it must be placed on soft ground and adequately staked into the ground for stability by following the product's assembly instructions.
In terms of age suitability, the TP UFO Den is designed for children aged 2 years and above. It is therefore suitable for a 10-year-old to use, keeping in mind that the maximum combined user weight is 100 kg.

This product is only tested for outside domestic use. The frame has to be staked to the ground for stability. This is not possible indoors.

It's not waterproof. The product has been designed for outdoor use of course but, in times of very wet weather, there will some water ingress to the inside.
