Good solid furniture
Really nice solid piece of furniture- even better at the reduced price. The one thing I'd say is there are no pilot holes in the seat portion- which is an issue given the nature of natural wood. As the wood adjust it to temperature it will expand a little, filling the gaps that seem to make the seat portion not fit the frame. However, without pilot holes this makes it difficult to align as they don't fit perfectly fresh out of the box. Overall a nice quality product- but pilot holes would make it excellent!

Excellent chairs but not without issues!
These are lovely chairs that are easy to make. I know that because the wife made them without swearing once. They are though not without problems. The four chairs came, flat packed, in two cartons. Upon getting to the bottom chairs in each carton my wife noticed that they were marked and rubbed in places. We rang Argos and they offered to send replacements, on the condition that the ones sent back were dismantled and put back in their original box. Now as I said, my wife made them easily enough, but she really wasn't that happy to dismantle them, and she was concerned that the next ones might be marked too. So, we were forced to keep them, give them a wipe over and use a special crayon to patch them up! They are nice chairs though! Very comfortable too.

Exactly as pictured
I bought these chairs to replace my old (metal framed chairs) and was hoping for something more solid and hard wearing. They are perfect, really well made and seem really strong like they will definitely last. They look really nice too!! Really Easy to put together (if your like me and not great at D.I.Y) I also bought some cushions from argos and they go quite well .

It is classed as OAK natural, which looks more like a medium oak colour.
