Love it
This is a fabulous machine so far. It has a powerful (fully adjustable) suck which goes from quite gentle to very powerful. Even so it is not noisy and the extending tube makes it comfortable to use no matter your height. It is really well engineered, with accessories and spare parts available from Miele. The wire is a good length, but I wish manufacturers would just add a colour warning as you get near the full extension of the wire. My only real criticism is that the tool holder sits on the handle and they occasionally drop off. Really a minor point as you don’t have to put this on if you don’t want to and it unclips easily if you want to take it off before you start cleaning and only use it for storage. Really good product

Miele Excellence
When my old Pet and Dog Miele died, after 15 years of faithful service, I decided to buy a less expensive replacement. What a mistake, Miele really is the crème de la crème of all electrical appliances, the cheaper vacuum couldn’t compare. The suction is impressive, tools are perfect and although corded. the Miele pulls along very easily. Not only are my indoor carpets immaculate, the Miele suction works wonders in my car.

It's much better than the Bosch Series 2 we had previously that was recommended by Which. However the Miele is expensive at over £300 which is why I am only giving it 4 stars.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for Miele Boost CX1 Cat & Dog Pet Corded Vacuum Cleaner.
The CX1 Boost C&D works just as good as any of our vacuums on thick pile carpet and yes the power level is controllable on the vacuum and on the handle.

They have an attachment that holds all the tools which attaches to the handle of the hose.
Personally, I don't use this as it makes it too bulky to use.
It is a Brilliant Hoover and really easy to empty the waste.
