The bagless vacuum is equipped with a Hygiene AirClean filter for cleaner carpets, hardwood floors & tiles.

Simply brilliant
Small, compact, easy to use, great suction and bagless! Replace Dyson hoover with this and cannot believe the difference. Will only buy Miele in future.

I am happy with the filters of this hoover,no more dust inhaling,less noisy than my old one , washable container and lighter in using it.. Additionally, I can hoover under furniture! What more should I have asked for?

Customer service was fantastic
I bought this hoover 3 weeks ago, I went to use it for the first time and a piece was missing. Went to the store, they had another one in stock. They gave me the piece that I needed and said they’ll be able to contact Miele to get that piece replaced for the next customer. Brilliant service, took less than 5 minutes to sort out.

Great vacuum
Very pleased with the miele boost cx1, its light but powerful and has adjustable suction levels. I have separately purchased an extra wide hard floor brush head which is brilliant and swivels to get underneath furniture and right into corners so I feel all surfaces and areas of the house are well covered. My only reservations are that until you get used to it, the handle to release the dust canister looks like it could be the handle to lift the whole vacuum to move it, which I mistook several times, even though one is black and one us white. The other thing is that the power cable is quite hard to pull out, in that it doesn't just run out as you're moving about vacuuming, but I can understand this is probably more efficient for the rewind facility. Its also fairly quiet as vacuums go and starts with a whisper which is useful if you have pets or children sensitive to loud machines. Overall I'd definitely recommend it and hopefully Miele still make machines that last for years.
