Great product
I love this coffee machine. However, to be honest, I do not really believe that the machine changes the way that coffee is made by choosing the different programs (e.g. if I were to chose "latte", "cappuccino" or flat white, the grinding and brewing process seems to be identical). The only differences that I've seen on the pre-programmed options were between "americano" and "latte".

First Class Bean to Cup Machine
I have had a Sage Bambino for 4 years and it has been a great machine ( still fully functioning) but I really wanted to upgrade to a bean to cup machine. I reviewed the various machines on offer in the market including Sage and finally went for the Barista Touch and I can say it is a fantastic machine and I would highly recommend the machine. It is very flexible and easy to operate and it is great to customise your own drink and save it for the future. I know Sage do more elaborate machines but I wanted one that had automatic frothing and not all the more expensive machines have that facility. It is nice to have as it gives the option of manual frothing giving the best of both worlds. Overall I cannot recommend this machine highly enough.

Good once you get used to it
I bought this on Black Friday, had been looking at bean to cup machines for a while and this one seemed the best for me in terms of functionality and price. It has taken a lot of getting used to, not as straightforward as I expected based on the description. I had not had any coffee machine previously, and I did not find the instructions very comprehensive. Resorted to YouTube videos by 3rd party users. However, I have eventually worked out how to use it and am now enjoying it. Also, forgot to take the tamp cover off the portafilter once and it got really stuck on the group head, it is a perfect fit and clicked on but was really hard to remove, thought I was going to break it. Have nearly done it again! In my view it is a design fault that it fits on.

Sage Barista Touch drip dray issues
Very disappointed....drip tray scratches so easily...looks bad after only a few uses. Would not recommend for this reason alone.

Ease of use, it's a compact little machine, looks great too!
Having worked in the commercial coffee industry for many years, I was keen to recreate as close to a 'pro' cup as possible, without too much faff. I must say, I am extremely happy with Barista Touch, easy to set up, easy to use, great consistent grind & dosing, really pleased with my purchase.

Transfer from the dark side
Have been looking at purchasing one of these for some time after a friend raved about the machine. I took the plunge from a well known pod machine but just can’t get the hang of it. Have watched numerous videos to no avail. I’ve booked onto a sage demo event so hopefully that will sort the user error problems. Just disappointed I’ve not been able to use it from when I took it out of the box. On a positive love using the milk heating side of the machine

Great, but
Pros: It makes great coffee, onboarding is easy and overall a great machine Cons: When setting up the instructions tell you to use a testing strip for testing the harness of the water, it was left out of the box. The machine's power button doesn't anyways react The screensaver is for shops, so there is a slide for example which says "ask for a demo", it's not aesthetically pleasing and I wish it could be customised. Even a simple "sage" logo would be fine. You can't customise the drink selection menu, so you have to slide along the menu for your option. Much better would be to customise the menu and have your favourites where you want it. When you create a custom drink, it's always to the far right
