Takes a little bit of time to optimise the coffee taste but the resulting effort is well worth it. Coffee is excellent. The machine is straightforward to use, heats up quickly and is easy to clean. It looks great in our kitchen and I would certainly recommend the Sage Touch.

Don’t by a sage!
Bought as upgrade to Bambino plus. What a mistake. Steam wand always needs cleaning and gets clogged up, bambino hardly ever did. The grinder is poor and comes out in clumps no matter what grind setting it is in. Wish I hadn’t bothered and I’ll never have a sage again and would not reccomend.

Good all rounder
We got this as our last coffee machine kept breaking it was over 5 years old and was used daily. This was an upgrade and is so much better. The milk is so much better and you can programme the households preferred coffee taste of they want a stronger coffee taste or a weaker coffee taste.

Great product
I love this coffee machine. However, to be honest, I do not really believe that the machine changes the way that coffee is made by choosing the different programs (e.g. if I were to chose "latte", "cappuccino" or flat white, the grinding and brewing process seems to be identical). The only differences that I've seen on the pre-programmed options were between "americano" and "latte".

As this is an electronic mechanical device with a motor, each function has a noise and the volume varies. The loudest noise is the coffee grinder.
