About this product
The Silentnight Middleton Kingsize Memory Divan Bed provides proper back support with comfort to sink into after a long day. It includes a fabric divan base, padded Merlin headboard, and an 800 pocket sprung mattress with a memory foam layer. The medium firm feel supports your back without rigidity, giving support where needed and comfort where wanted. Memory foam responds to body temperature and spreads weight evenly, providing pressure relief through the night. There's no roll together, so you and your partner each get your own sleeping space without disruption.
The padded headboard is upholstered in fabric with deep vertical lines and a shell-shaped design, giving you added comfort when you're sitting up reading or watching television. The divan base sits on plastic castors, making it easier to move for cleaning. The mattress has a quilted knit cover and doesn't need turning, just rotate it regularly to even out wear. The headboard attaches securely with fixings included, and the whole set requires minimal assembly with two people recommended. Comes with a five year manufacturer's guarantee for lasting reassurance.

Great all round bed!
Very easy to order, quick and convenient delivery options, good price with deal, bought for 18 yr old son who has outgrown his double bed and it’s so much better. Looks great, secure assembly and good quality. This is actually the second one of these we have purchased having some years ago got the same one for our other son - both our kids are well over 6 foot. Both are very happy, find the beds comfy and fit them so much better! Assembly gets 4 stars but that’s only to do with the plastic clips that hold the two bases together as they are super tight and not sure I’d have been able to push them on without my husband. It does however mean the bases are really secure once they are in place so it’s actually a good thing…but I personally just wasn’t strong enough!! Over all would recommend this bed.

This is a very good bed, made by a reputable company (Silentnight) and sol at a reasonable price from Argos. It is comfortable. The mattress is quite firm, although I quickly got used to it.
