About this product
Silentnight's Middleton collection includes a practical base with a stylish merlin headboard and the Middleton memory mattress. It is an 800 pocket sprung mattress with a medium firm feel, great for protecting the back but not too firm so you can still sink into sleep with comfort. It features a layer of body moulding memory foam that responds to your temperature and spreads weight evenly to offer perfect pressure relief and cocooning comfort. **The piping detail may be white, or grey (as picture shown).
The set comes with a Merlin headboard from Silentnight which is a stunningly strutted piece that upholstered in fabric for pure luxury.
The padded headboard offers added comfort when sitting up in bed and is decoratively detailed with deep vertical lines and a sea shell shape for a contemporary twist on a classic design.

Love this bed!
Bought a month ago, really comfy, problem with one drawer that won’t close if you put anything in it but love the colour (dark navy blue) love the headboard shape looks lovely x really easy to put together x happy to recommend x slept great since it arrived x

Lovely divan bed and mattress
This is the second one we have bought because we were so impressed with the first, originally purchased for the spare room. Bed is well made, headboard is very good quality and the mattress is the best I have slept on. So happy to actually find a mattress like this as many more expensive mattresses have felt less comfortable in comparison in my opinion. Overall very happy.

I don’t usually leave reviews but on this occasion I felt I had too, you honestly don’t know you need a new bed until you have a new bed, This bed is absolutely amazing, it’s like sleeping on a cloud, back ache has completely gone, the quality is superior I can’t fault it at all, just be aware this bed is high which I wasn’t expecting but not an issue, I would 100% recommend this bed,

After doing a lot of homework looking at beds in showrooms etc. We decided to bite the bullet and order the Silentnight Middleton King size bed. From ordering to delivery it was super easy. Delivery was amazing (Not just saying this) we were informed every step of the way. When delivered we could not of asked for a more better service. The guys placed the bed in our bedroom and was so personable it was a delight to meet them. Argos they are a credit to you!!! Now for the bed we were apprehensive at first as to whether it was going to be comfortable. We should not of worried it is so comfortable that we have recommended it to others. The headboard and divan material is good and is just as described. Drawers open and close easily. The instructions for assembly are clear and precise. It came well wrapped and secure. All in all best buy of 2023!!!

Lovely bed base - uncomfortable mattress
I bought this bed a few weeks ago and there wasn't an option to change the mattress that comes with it, however as a Silentnight medium/firm 800 spring one with memory foam I expected it to be comfortable. A few weeks in and my lower back is very painful after a night's sleep. I don't normally suffer with back problems so this is disappointing and I need to purchase a new mattress
