Good for what I use it for
Excellent product Fairly easy to set up. Not sure I need the different colours after a while only use normal white and warm white-cream other colours seem a novelty but would be good for children maybe. Happy I can dim using phone. So overall good purchase.

Love that I can change the colour of my lighting
I bought this for a ceiling light and it's a great addition with lots of colours to choose from and the brightness can be altered. It's very easy to connect to the tapo app

Easy to set up and use
Very easy to set up. There's also party mode, which makes your head hurt. The schedule and timer functions are useful. However the fade on and fade off don't seem to work.

Fantastic Smart Bulb
Bought two of these as my light switches are in useless places. ( Have to walk down dark hallway to turn hallway light on) Fantastic to control via app, super simple to set up, with white and colour options as well as dimmable. I noticed the white version always sells out fast, but these dont. I think peole assume its just colours and not white. It has both! Can set to come on and off at set times or can do remotely as needed. Fantastic items!

Great price, simple to set up and easy to use.
Previous smart bulbs I’ve purchased have been challenging to set up and sync. This bulb was super easy, the instruction manual simply had a QR code to download an app and within 2-3 mins the bulb was completely ready to use. The app seems logical to navigate with loads of options. I also think the price was a really good deal, compared to other similar products.

The perfect colour smart bulb at a good price
This coloured smart bulb is excellent for the price. I have many Philips Hue bulbs and bought these due to dependability and the fact that they don't make a hissing/whining noise when on. The Tapo bulb is the same but for a much lower price. The Tapo app is very good and combines all smart home products that this company makes. The app also works flawlessly with Alexa so I have complete control over my lights and other Tapo gadgets. If you are looking for a wider range of lumens and colour, perhaps consider Hue devices but be prepared to pay much more, with a poor app experience.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the TP-Link Tapo L530B B22 Multicolour Smart Wi-Fi Bulb: ''The Tapo L530B Smart Wi-Fi Light Bulb is not designed for outdoor use. According to the official datasheet, it should not be used in damp environments or outdoors.
While the bulb operates within a temperature range of -15°C to 40°C and 10%–90% relative humidity (non-condensing) , it lacks an IP (Ingress Protection) rating, indicating it isn't weatherproof. Therefore, using it outdoors, even in covered areas, poses risks due to potential exposure to moisture and temperature fluctuations.''

Tapo L530B works with Google Home and Alexa. It does not support Matter or Homekit.

There is no limit to the number of smart devices that can be managed under a single account, you can have different Tapo models on the same app and same WI-FI, and even if your smart devices are in different locations or connected to different Wi-Fi networks, you can use the same Tapo app to control them if they are bound to the same TP-Link account.

Tapo smart bulbs support the Group feature.
You may follow the below steps to Add a Group on the Tapo app:
1. On the Home page of the Tapo app, tap on the "+" icon in the top right corner. Then select "Add Group".
2. Name your Group and set a location for it. Select the smart devices you want to add to the Group and tap SAVE.
