Looks fantastic, works well, but annoying lid
The kettle looks great, it's a nice design revolving around a large glass jug. It boils pretty quickly and the capacity is good. My only niggle is the lid has to be taken off before filling up. I have no idea why they designed it like that as it makes it slightly more clumsy to use. Overall I do like it but I would look for a hinged kettle next time.

I have had a few of this same Kettle over the years I love it and it boils super quick if you see a little water on the base its just from the steam to auto turn it off when its boiled. I always use filtered water as to minimize the scale build up. as I live in London and we have hard water.I love the light when it boiling as well.

Terrible kettle
The good, looks great, boils fast! The bad... terrible pour, water doesn't pour well from it, but more like spills out. It's weighty and cumbersome even with only a small amount of water in. The cup measurements on the side are terrible. Not accurate for typical mug sizes. The lid feels cheap and you have to out it on in specific wa (still doesn't help the pour)

I have hard water. I wipe out the kettle frequently. Once a week, or when the limescale does not wipe off any more, I use lemon juice to descale. Fill kettle up to where limescale ends, add 12 shakes of lemon juice and swish around, leave to soak for a few hours, then boil and leave to cool. Wipe out and rinse well with cold water.
