I wrote down the cartridge number correct but somehow the 540 turned into 545 & as there was a sticker over the number on the box, I was unaware I'd got the wrong cartridge until it didnt fit my printer. Because I'd opened the box the assistant wouldnt allow me to return it

The Canon PG-545 XL High Capacity Ink Cartridge is not compatible with the Canon Pixma TS3750i.
For the TS3750i you need ink cartridge 575 - Black, 576 - Colour.
