If you have not used the original Switch Pro controller before, please use the Joy-con to
adjust the settings to establish connection via USB cable

1 -System settings
2 -Controllers and sensors
3 -Pro controller and wired communication – ON

• Connect the wheel to Nintendo Switch dock; and connect the pedal to the wheel
• Power on Nintendo Switch dock console
• Alternatively connect the steering wheel using a USB-C cable for handheld or tablet
mode.
• After the connection been established, the RED LED on racing wheel is on, and LED
indicator on the controller also is on. Then you can start the game.

To stop the pedals on the Maxx Tech Pro Racing Wheel Kit from zooming in and out and to change them to accelerate, follow these steps:

Connect the Wheel: Ensure the wheel is connected to your PC or console using the included USB cable. If connected to the internet, a driver will automatically install and be ready to use.

Power On: The default mode is X-INPUT. Hold down the HOME button for 3 seconds to switch to D-INPUT mode. After the red indicator blinks for 6 times and the channel indicator turns off, hold down the HOME button for 3 seconds again to switch to the X-INPUT mode.

Switch Modes: Hold down the SHARE/9/VIEW/- and OPTIONS/10/MENU/+ keys at the same time for 3 seconds to switch modes. The green LED will light up when connection has finished automatically.

Set Up or Start the Game: After the connection is established, the RED LED on the racing wheel will be on, and the LED indicator on the controller will also be on. Then, you can start the game.

Adjust Settings: Use the provided instructions to customize your wheel settings to how you are comfortable playing on the Nintendo Switch 2 & Mario Kart world. Use the above process to program your buttons.

This hasn't been tested on the Switch 2, so it won't be supported fully, but you may be able to map the controls to the steering wheels.

I can advise that the Maxx Tech Pro Racing Wheel Kit For PC, Xbox, PS4 & Switch works with V-Rally on the original Switch, but, there may be some compatibility issues if playing on the Switch 2.

The Maxx Tech Pro Racing Wheel Kit For PC, Xbox, PS4 & Switch is compatible with Nintendo Switch; However, Farming Simulator 23 is a farming game rather than a racing game , meaning the wheel may not have any function within it, even if the Switch itself recognizes the wheel as a controller.
