Very happy with my EQ900.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my coffee machine; this is the best one I've used, it’s so quiet. The Barista mode is fantastic, make your coffee your way. Easy to use and very easy to clean. I've had problems with other machines when cleaning, taking too long and very fiddley, but this EQ900 is so easy to clean inside and out. The only improvement I can suggest is with the water tank and filter placement. Like other machines I’ve had, the water filter disconnects itself from the water tank. I think it would be a good idea if there was a locking mechanism to lock the water filter in place, rather than relying on weight of the filter to keep it in place. Very happy with my EQ900.

Foolproof “barisata-in-training” coffee machine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has been a revelation in our house for coffee making - the Comfort mode was used by us all for about a week, then the more adventurous started to play with Barksta mode - and then, there was no stopping us ! Being able to order up our favourites via Alexa is a handy feature when you are busy with other tasks. Couple of points - we only use one type of bean and it's used just about every hour, so the machine's preoccupation with self-cleaning is annoying, as it either puts water into the cup or into the drip pan and so, it would be good if the cleaning could be scheduled to first thing in the morning, or during the night. Although we have settled on one favourite bean, we have had friends bring bean gifts, but there is no easy way to remove the beans from the holding container to try a different one. Minor issues - a brilliant coffee machine that performs perfectly and looks great on the worktop - thoroughly recommended.

Coffee
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good machine. Only downsides are that the drink isn't always hot enough and the Wi-Fi can be temoeramental. Also the cleaning routines are a bit if a pain.

Great for coffee lovers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really pleased with my purchase. As a two person household we drink about 6 cups different types of coffee every day from Espresso to Wiener Melange. We really like the ease of use. The only downside of the machine is that it has no German language setting so you have to run it in English what makes it difficult for my old mother to use. Overall it's a great experience and gives you Vienna coffee house feeling at home.

Easy and great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally a mashine that can make every coffee to the highest standard. The profiles are super handy and let even the little children make their own milky drink in no time. The machine lets you choose every detail in the barista mode which makes it great for coffee lover. The only downside is that you have to clean it very often but even that is easy. Great product!

Average at best
For the price it’s not really worth it, has a lot of fancy technology which can be great if not getting an error code, which happens ALOT, it’s very dramatic and the slightest thing not right it refuses to operate. However wish in hindsight I’d purchased a Sage bean to Cup where I could control my own milk as this does not make a flat white as fully automatic, lesson learnt and an expensive one.
