After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Sennheiser RS 120-W On-Ear Wireless TV Headphones - Black: ''Please check if the Toshiba TV is equipped with an RCA or a 3.5 mm plug.
Simply connect the transmitter/charging station combo to the TV via an RCA or a 3.5 mm plug, If necessary, one headphone can also be recharged at the same time as watching the TV.''

No you cant connect to other devices directly via Bluetooth. SENNHEISER say that to use these headphones with other devices, the devices need to be connected to the transmitter using a 3.5mm jack connector.
But most up to date smartphones and tablets dont have these jack connections any more.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Sennheiser RS 120-W On-Ear Wireless TV Headphones: The RS 120-W uses Bluetooth Low Energy Audio technology. The "normal" BT models use / need A2DP for stereo transmission, which the RS 120-W transmitter cannot do.
If a Bluetooth Low Energy Audio device is available, it could theoretically work.
