The Argos Home Banbury Dining Chairs give you classic slat back style paired with genuine comfort for family meals. They're solid wood chairs with a natural finish that suits traditional or country-style dining spaces. The cream fabric seat pads keep you comfortable through long breakfasts and weekend dinners. Two chairs supplied, so you can seat a couple more at the table or complete a set. The solid wood frame and legs handle daily use and support up to 130kg per chair. The natural wood finish lets the grain show through, while the slat back design adds that farmhouse character.
The fabric seat pads sit securely on the frame and cushion you through every course without needing constant adjustment. Each chair weighs 5kg, light enough to move around when you're making space or cleaning. The seat height sits at 48.5cm, a standard height that works with most dining tables. Which go well with the Banbury table. Easy to assemble. Only complaint is that you cannot remove the seat pads to wash and one chair spindle has an obvious dent out of the wood which has just been painted over.

"Yes, all of our FSC certified rubberwood lumber will undergo High Temperature Drying and apply the chemical for anti-fungi and protection of the insect attack. Thereafter during pre-finished in production will apply sealer and lacquer coating for durable protection."

These are self assembly so the seat pad could potentially be removed however, this is wipe clean only with a damp cloth.

Having checked the manual I can see this is correct. There are however holes in the frame to use when screwing in the seat pad.

Seat height is 485mm, seat depth is 380mm and top of the seat to backrest is 425mm.
