They're solid wood chairs with a natural finish that suits traditional or country-style dining spaces. The cream fabric seat pads keep you comfortable through long breakfasts and weekend dinners. Two sturdy and comfortable dining chairs. We bought these 2 chairs to match the 4 we had already. Probably made from rubber wood. We haven't had any problems with any of these chairs, the older ones or the new ones. Really good buy from Argos.

Will be returning the chairs for a refund. Made of different wood which is all different colours that has been joined and you can see all the joins. Very disappointing as the actual chairs are a good size

Which go well with the Banbury table. Easy to assemble. Only complaint is that you cannot remove the seat pads to wash and one chair spindle has an obvious dent out of the wood which has just been painted over.

"Yes, all of our FSC certified rubberwood lumber will undergo High Temperature Drying and apply the chemical for anti-fungi and protection of the insect attack. Thereafter during pre-finished in production will apply sealer and lacquer coating for durable protection."

Having checked the manual I can see this is correct. There are however holes in the frame to use when screwing in the seat pad.

Seat height is 485mm, seat depth is 380mm and top of the seat to backrest is 425mm.
