Not strongly made
Sadly I had to return the clothes airer to the store because it was faulty. One of the metal rails was loose where the solder was not efficient. My previous airer was very similar except that the cross rails went directly into the side rails. A shame because my earlier one had lasted years. Argos did give me a refund.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Home 14m Large Cross Wing Indoor Clothes Airer: Please note the feet can be removed and attached to the wings to hang shirts for drying, but the feet are there to protect the tube not to scratch on the ground, if removed, the tube might be scratched
