About this product
Perfect rice and steamed meals without any guesswork. The Russell Hobbs 1.8L Rice Cooker and Steamer takes care of family portions with its generous 10-cup capacity, while the 700W element cooks your rice evenly and switches automatically to keep warm once it's done. The non-stick removable bowl makes serving and cleaning simple, and the toughened glass lid lets you check progress without lifting it. You can use the steaming tray to cook fish or vegetables at the same time, keeping all the nutrients and flavour intact without any added oil or fat.
It comes with a spatula and measuring jug to get you started, and the two simple settings mean there's no complicated programming to learn. The automatic shut-off gives you peace of mind, and the keep warm function holds everything at the right temperature until you're ready to serve. Register it online and you'll get a solid 3-year guarantee.

Good and easy to use, but not for permanent use.
Good cooker and easy to use, but the inner pot will need to change in 1 or 2 years time, as the non-stick layer will be gone sooner or later. Hopefully the manufactory can have a permanent solution, like non-stick steel inner pot etc.

Game Changer
Always cooked rice on the hob but after burnt pans and rice sticking together I decided I would try a rice cooker. Wish I had sooner. Rice was fluffy and soft. Cooker is easy to use just need to experiment with water to rice ratio to get it right. Steamer pan cooks fish and veg thoroughly and the capacity of the cooker is ideal as I batch cook my meals. For me the cooker is ideal.
