Not brilliant ergonomically
Let’s be honest a kettle is a kettle this one works well but I find it a little noisy whilst boiling and the handle if held at the top not very comfortable

Great kettle
Great kettle holds a good amount of water and boils up quickly. It shows the amount of water to use depending on how many cups of tea you are making which helps to save on electricity. It is very stylish and with the toaster to match looks very chic!

Good
It's a good kettle, though agree with some of the other reviews about the water gauge being slightly awkward to see the fill level and the way the lid only half opens is also a little awkward, but neither of those would put me off buying it again.

Fast, stylish and easy to clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second of this model of kettle. The first died after more than 2 years of multiple uses daily and we loved how it looked and how fast it was so bought another to replace it. We particularly like the scale filter which is easy to remove and clean. We have very hard water here in London and even after filtering it still causes scale to build up. This kettle prevents it getting in your tea! Can't really fault it - it's fast, stylish and does what it's supposed to do very well!

Kettle Bosch
Loving my new kettle , worth the money and design is pretty nice to look at . Would help if lid flipped open more but at the moment I am filling it with my plastic jug to make it easier

Not good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As other have said its noisy, gets worse over time. After about 18 months of use by only two people the lid has snapped clean off. Expected better by Bosch. Ripped off again

Hi Jane90,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Bosch TWK5P475GB Designline Ergo Kettle - Anthracite: The Bosch Designline Ergo does not have double wall insulation so it will get hotter than the Styline kettle you currently have. The handle of the Designline Ergo will of course be cool to the touch – but it is recommended you avoid direct contact with the body of the kettle.
Hope this helps.
