Very pleased with it as IAM disabled I can use it in the area that I sit clean most things that I drop it's ashame it doesn't have a circular attachment i would be able to do more with it

Disappointing, gutless, hardly any suction
I got this for Christmas as a convenient way of vacuuming the car out, and have never been so disappointed at the effectiveness of a product before. The product packaging talks of Great British Design, powerful DC motor, 100 years of quality. I doubt the people who designed this ever tried to hoover a bit of grit out of the floorwell of their own car.

Sleek modern looks disguise a useless device
This replaced an older black and decker cordless vacuum. It is underpowered . Cannot hang on a wall. Base is large and lifts off the shelf when trying to remove vacuum with one hand. Utterly disappointing. I will probably dump it and buy a replacement black and decker like my old one. Waste of money.

I have purchased this product today and I also cannot get the item to operate in 2 different speeds. It has one speed and one speed only. I will be returning the item this week and ask colleagues in store to demonstrate to me how to operate the 2 speeds. The items is incorrectly described.

Having checked I can see the unit will automatically begin to operate at low speed. The LED display and a green light indicator will light up to show the unit is on and operating at low speed. Press the On/Off button again while the unit is operating on Low speed mode to switch to High speed mode. The green LED indicator on the unit’s control panel will go out and a red indicator light will come on to show the unit is operating at High speed.

"We can confirm that this product has a crevice tool however it is not very long so may not be suitable for the car cleaning."
