A great piece of equipment.
A great piece of equipment. Heats up quickly and provides loads of steam when needed. Large water tank means fewer trips to the tap and, of course, the iron is lighter as there is no water to have to lift. Comfortable in my arthritic hands. Makes the ironing much quicker and easier.

Effortless ironing.Worth the outlay. I’ve simply left the iron in ‘Normal Mode’ We did have an older model which finally packed in. I like the idea of 15 years of affordable repairs.

Just a fabulous piece of equipment- I’ve had Tefal Steam Generators before, but this one just excels . I whizz through ironing, like a hot knife through butter.

Disappointed with my purchase
Feels plasticky and cheap. Having had two previous Tefal steam Generators in the last 30 years this one feels of a lesser quality. The water tank is much smaller 1.2 were my last one was 1.8 litres, there is no auto retract for the cable which I extremely disappointing. The unit itself is powerful and does iron with great ease but on the whole I do feel disappointed with my purchase

Powerful and fast ironingexperience
I’ve been really impressed with the Tefal Pro Express Vision GV9812. The steam power is excellent and removes creases quickly, even on thicker fabrics. It heats up fast, glides smoothly, and makes ironing feel much easier and quicker. I also liked the smart light feature, which is very useful in lower lighting. The water tank lasts well, so I don’t need to refill it often. It’s a little bulky, but overall the performance is great and it feels like a high-quality appliance.

Lovely shade of blue
I am a big fan of Tefal items they are my go-to this iron feels like a step up, the steam power is incredibly strong and constant. It heats up quickly and glides smoothly removing creases in seconds, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It does take up a bit more space but the performance and quality easily justify it. Overall it does exactly what it promises and it does it exceptionally well. The colour is perfect! And with this and my steamer, my wardrobe has never looked better.

Fantastic steam generator
The old steam generator was good but the improvements to this new generation is fantastic, you don’t even have to press a button for extra steam it does it automatically for you unbelievable,it also glides a lot better also .10 /10 for this model
