Got this to replace my old one only used once a lot lighter than my last one but so glad I stuck with Tefal excellent results did a huge basket of ironing in 40 minutes very happy pity cable doesn’t rewind like my old one

Love the light on this iron - pity no cord recoil
Bought to replace my previous tefal pro. This one is lighter and seems quicker. The only downsides are that the electric cord does not automatically recoil and there isn’t a neat place to slot the steam cord as in my previous model. For this design oversight I am only giving four stars - if there had been automatic recoil and somewhere to store the steam cord I would have given five stars. Designers please take note

No steam
Doesn’t work properly. I went to use this iron for the first time today and it seems like we have a faulty one. The pump makes no attempt to pull the water through from the tank. The tank is seated in position correctly clearly hearing it click into place and it constantly tries to click when it should steam. Unable to reach anyone at tefal in order to resolve

Made of cheap light plastic material on the handle and when you hold the hande to iron it keeps clicking as if something is going to snap i feel its a manufacturing fault.
