Easy to fly and high quality
Great camera quality and for its size, can withstand stability in windy conditions. Only issues are that the propeller blades are cheap and low quality plastic so will need checking for damage after each flight but comes with spares and are cheap and can be changed easily

Hello There,
From the information we have available, I can advise The DJI Mini 3 Drone does not have obstacle avoidance sensors. Obstacle avoidance is a feature that helps drones detect and avoid obstacles in their flight path, which can be particularly useful in complex environments or when flying autonomously. It typically involves sensors that can detect objects and either stop the drone or navigate around them.
Since you plan to use the drone close to your operating point to survey buildings, you might not necessarily need obstacle avoidance if you can maintain visual line-of-sight and manually control the drone to avoid obstacles. However, if you anticipate flying in areas with many potential obstacles or if you want added safety, a drone with obstacle avoidance might be beneficial.
Thank you for using Q&A
