Smeg's KLF03 Retro Kettle makes up to 7 cups of tea or coffee. The spout has been designed with a balanced weight for an easy pour. The elegant soft opening lid allows for easy filling and ensures that any condensation runs back into the kettle. With a 3000W power output offers superfast boiling with an automatic switch off at 100 degree celsius. Cleaning is made easy thanks to a removable limescale filter in the spout, and concealed element in the base. The anti-slip feet will ensure that the kettle stays firmly in place.
A 1.7 litre capacity with an automatic shut off if turned on while empty.

A new SMEG kettle for our new kitchen. It just boils water. You can use the water to poach eggs, make tea or coffee or anything else you may need boiling hot water.

Doesn’t blow the mains.
Great example of kettle that boils water well. Unlike the other expensive Dualit it replaces, it doesn’t shake, it doesn’t make the water taste odd, doesn’t take an age to boil, and doesn’t blow the mains every so often out of anger from being used!

Is it the same as cheaper?
Is it pricer? Yes, does it boil water like cheaper brands? Yes, but it feels and looks premium. Its got a great retro look and it is definitely well made. Comes with a great guarantee also. So you could go cheaper and buy a dupe that looks similar and does the same job, but how does that cheaper version make you feel? If it doesn't make you feel any different, crack on, buy a lesser version, but this kettle really looks great in our kitchen and im glad we purchased it.

Very stylish kettle
This is a very stylish kettle and although it’s expensive it gives me pleasure as it matches the Smeg toaster I have. It boils quickly and pours well and has a large capacity.One slight downside is the fill gauge is not illuminated and is difficult to see how much water is in the kettle.Still it it’s very pleasing addition to my kitchen.

The kettle can get very hot during operation. It is recommended NOT to touch the hot surface but to use the handle.
