Outstanding battery life! Great features ! Looks great on the wrist the app is better and it syncs with other apps like strava far more efficiently. I bought this as replacement for a fit bit Vera 4 as i was tired of charging it every 48 hours! I do not miss having a touch screen and find the buttons far more intuitive! Would not go back to a touch screen smart watch product!

the Garmin Instinct 2 and Instinct 2S smartwatches can integrate with Wikiloc, but with a few conditions:
Compatibility with Wikiloc:
Both models support Garmin Connect IQ, which is required to install the Wikiloc app on your watch.
You’ll need to:
Install the Wikiloc app from the Garmin Connect IQ store.
Pair your watch with the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone.
Have a Wikiloc Premium subscription (or the older Navigation Pack) to send trails directly to your watch.

This has an "incident detection" feature that would automatically send a message to emergency contacts if a fall or other incident is detected during some outdoor activities. It uses a combination of accelerometer and GPS data to determine if a fall has occurred.

The supplier has advised the following for the Garmin Instinct 2 Smart Watch - Graphite:
"The Silicon bands do contain traces of nickel in them" and also: "The Instinct 2 is compatible with our Nylon bands which do not contain nickel".
They add this further info: "The metal found on the buckle and watch body of many Garmin® watches complies with applicable international safety standards for skin contact, while still achieving a high level of corrosion resistance."

The supplier has advised the Garmin Instinct 2 Smart Watch - Graphite does indeed have an audible timer feature.
From any screen, hold SET.
Select Timers.
Enter the time.
If necessary, select an option to edit the timer:
To automatically restart the timer after it expires, press UP and select Auto Restart > On.
To select a type of notification, press UP and select Sound and Vibe.
Press GPS to start the timer.

From the information we have available, I can advise the Garmin Instinct 2 does not have ECG monitoring capabilities. The ECG feature is available on select Garmin smartwatches, such as the Venu 2 Plus, epix Pro series, and fēnix 7 Pro series.
If ECG monitoring is important to you, you might want to consider one of these compatible models.
