Bought this a few weeks ago. It clears debris from between the teeth. You need to remember to keep the mouth closed around it to prevent splashing. I don;t know where i buy the spare ends. There is no information on this. This information on use is very poor too.

Exactly what I needed
For those who struggle to get the floss inside all the gaps, this may be the right product for you. The battery life is fantastic, I've been using it for 2 weeks daily and I the battery light is still green. It has 3 speed settings and two tubes for the water flow for your needs. All in all im very happy with the product and cant believe I will never buy floss again 😅. One last thing, if your teeth are sensitive, make sure you warm water rather than cold.
