Great carpet cleaner
I bought this a month ago as I had carpets to clean. It worked really well neutralising smells and helped to lift the colour again. The fragrance isn't overpowering

Disappointing
Unfortunately none of the cleaning products removed the stains. Our overall experience was disappointing, I read all the reviews prior to purchasing a Vax carpet cleaner, purchased additional the cleaning solution but it just didn't clean the carpets so we had to return it!

You need to dilute this prior to use. Each 40ml of solution needs to be diluted into a litre of water.

The supplier has advised the following for the Vax Ultra+ 1.5L Carpet Cleaning Solution:
“ In theory you should be able to use any of the shampoos in any of the machines. You would however need to check the T&C's of the machine you are using to see if using non own brand cleaning solutions effect the warranty of the produce. ”

Yes I have a cat who does the same, I'm sure they wouldn't manufacture the product of it was toxic to animals or young children.

After contacting our suppliers they advised you can use either cold water or tepid water. They recommended using warm water when using a carpet washer as this will give you the best chance of lifting a stain without having to go over it multiple times.
