I'm not impressed
We had the original pill o pad and it was really well made. I expected this foldable to be off similar quality but it's definitely inferior in almost every way. The catch to open the pad doesn't work at all, no movement and impossible to press. The only way it will open is by prising through the top corners. I was ready to take it back for a replacement until I read through the 1 star reviews and found this is a common issue. The original design has plush padding and the cover fits perfectly. The padding on this new design was loose to begin with and it gets looser as time has passed. The fabric cover is also looser as the padding worsens. There are some hands on reviews on YouTube which prove everything I've written here. In one review the pad fell apart after 1 week and he was able to show how flimsy the construction is beneath the padding. He pointed out that the hinge on his pad has got lower and there is no way to tighten it. There are 2 positives...... It's better than nothing and it has a12 month guarantee for if/when it falls apart.
